“Just Remind People What A Free Mind Can Do” – The Matrix Ressurections

Our Mission

No Reservations fosters a community for personal and spiritual growth by guiding individuals to their Authentic Self through introspection and deep faith exploration. We believe true fulfillment comes from healing the inner self and empowering individuals to live with purpose and compassion. Through inclusive discourse, community building, and empirically-based education in mental health, we nurture personal and communal transformation.

Our Vision

Our vision is to foster a world where individuals can embrace their true potential and inner Divine nature, breaking free from self-destructive cycles. We strive to heal societal divides and lead humanity towards a spiritually evolved and harmonious future.

Rev. Dr. Harold Marrero, Lead Pastor & Executive Director

My name is Harold Marrero, and my life has been a continuous exploration of faith as a source of healing, liberation, and transformation. Since the age of 15, I have been immersed in spiritual community, drawn not by rigid doctrines but by a deep desire to understand the Divine through authenticity, justice, and the pursuit of inner truth.

I hold a Master of Arts in Theology from the Chicago Theological Seminary at the University of Chicago, where I focused on Christian Liberation Theology and Interreligious Dialogue. I also earned a Doctorate in Christian Leadership from Duke Divinity School, Duke University, where my research centered on the Emergent Church Movement in the West and the integration of psychoanalytic theory, especially Bowen’s Family Systems Theory and Self-Differentiation, into biblical interpretation and pastoral leadership. I have presented on these intersections at The European Conference on Ethics, Religion & Philosophy, where I explored how artificial intelligence and automation can work in harmony with Christian Liberation Theology to help society flourish.

I am the founder and head pastor of No Reservations, a spiritually inclusive and psychoanalytically grounded faith community that nurtures personal authenticity, communal support, and transformative introspection. Through our core model of Analytic Faith, our S.E.E.K Method™ for Authentic Living, and our reimagining of sin as self-destructive loops, we support seekers in reclaiming their wholeness and awakening the Divine within.

I am ordained through the Collective Church, a 21st-century expression and emerging faith denomination grounded in science and committed to the belief that the fullness of human potential is the very expression of Christ in the world. Within this theology, God is understood not as a fixed figure, but as infinite possibility arising within the chaos of the universe.

Alongside my pastoral work, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Safe Schools, where I oversee content creation, organizational logistics, and development strategies that promote affirming and equitable learning spaces. I am also completing a Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Northwestern University with a focus on psychodynamic and systemic approaches to healing, and I am seeking formal training at the Florida Psychoanalytic Center to deepen my integration of clinical and spiritual care.

As a Cuban Queer Hispanic faith leader, my journey is one of intersection and resistance. I am committed to helping others break free from shame, rediscover their authentic selves, and participate in building a just and inclusive world rooted in love, awareness, and infinite possibility.

Dr. Daniel Sheridan, Pastor of Faith Formation & COO

Welcome to No Reservations! As Director of Faith Formation for No Reservations, I’m here to help you to discover your authentic self without reservation and live a more fulfilling life in alignment with your internal Divine nature.

In addition to my pastoral role for No Reservations, I’m a Licensed Psychologist providing individual counseling and psychoanalysis. I’m also in the process of completing post-graduate certification in adult psychoanalysis through the Florida Psychoanalytic Center. For nearly five years, I served as the Clinical Director for the Children’s Bereavement Center, a Miami-based non-profit offering free grief support groups for individuals of all ages following the loss of a loved one.

No Reservations is open to anyone. If you feel curious or uncertain, I encourage you to come to one of our programs and try it out. The path towards knowing oneself and living authentically can feel scary at times; however, in my experience, it is absolutely worth it, and I would love to help you on your quest to self-discovery.
